Formed with the goal of making the promise of the civil rights movement a reality, SPLC has developed an international reputation over four decades for cutting-edge advocacy, litigation and education in its commitment to fight hate, teach tolerance and seek justice for the most vulnerable members of our society.
The COO will be the CEO's key resource on the business functions of the organization--finance, administration, donor services, HR and security (a major role in an organization fighting hate and bias)--but the main impact may come in the COO's ability to help with strategic integration and collaboration of people, processes and functions across service lines and offices.

The Annie E. Casey Foundation- Atlanta Civic Site has been designated as a place where the Foundation has a long-term commitment to improving the futures of at-risk children and their families.
Since 2001, the Foundation has been working with a wide range of partners in an area just south of downtown Atlanta, called Neighborhood Planning Unit V (NPU-V). The Atlanta Civic Site is aiming for measurable success in three result areas: educational achievement, family economic success and neighborhood transformation.
The Atlanta Civic Site is investing in a strategy that combines sustainable and affordable housing, high-achieving schools, well-paying neighborhood jobs, public safety, and opportunities for families to improve their communities.

The largest of Virginia’s 27 community foundations, TCF recently reinforced its emphasis on four focus areas: educational success, health and wellness, economic prosperity and cultural vibrancy.
